Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to give value to the people we meet on our journey and to build long-term win-win relationships with our clients. We believe that such relations are driven by fairness, reason and benevolence instead of lengthy Terms and Conditions but we find it important to clarify our position on a few topics that may help to prevent most of the problems from arising at all:
Liability
Please check out the info on the classes before subscribing to a class/workshop to make sure that you have the safest and best possible training experience. The instructors and the organisations/companies involved in providing classes and workshops do everything reasonable and in our power to avoid injuries and damage to personal property but neither of us can be held liable for such cases if they still happen.
Respect
We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. If you join us at our classes, events or online, you accept this and refrain from any form of discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, disability, marital or employment status, etc.
Privacy
If you receive any communication from us, it is because you attended a previous class/event or indicated that you were interested in our activity. In any case, feel free to contact us and request either a copy of the information we have about you on record or the complete and final deletion of that data. We only use your data for legal purposes related to our activity (e.g. in the case of subscriptions to an event/class) and for keeping you informed as long as you are ok with it.
Intellectual property rights
We respect intellectual property rights – please do the same and use the content appearing on this site or our social media with the same reference/tag/subtitle with which it appears there, or by citing 'Court Dancing Luxembourg' and the exact URL to the source in the case of our own content.
The validity of tickets and passes
Single tickets purchased before attending a class, monthly tickets and trimester passes can be used within the given trimester.
A Trimester
A trimester normally follows the academic schedule of Luxembourg and the dates of classes/holidays are defined in the description of a given class at registration. If we need to change/shift this schedule due to extraordinary circumstances (such as the lockdown in spring 2020), we will do that in agreement with those dancers who have a valid ticket or pass for the affected period.
Refunds
Paid tickets/passes are not refundable but unused units can be transferred to another person within the validity period. If you cannot attend the classes because of a medical problem attested by a valid medical certificate, we offer you the possibility to transfer your pre-registration to the next trimester for free.
If something goes wrong
We believe that there is always a solution. In the case of any problems, just contact us. Mistakes can happen, but we are always open to finding a mutually satisfying solution. If inevitable, all disputes concerning the use of the website, our social media pages and our services shall be governed by Luxembourg law, and the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle such disputes.
