Terms & Conditions
Behind the scenes
The website is the property of Zsofia Csaba, sole proprietor representing Court Dancing Luxembourg. VAT number: LU27283853.
Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to give value to the people we meet on our journey and to build long-term win-win relationships with our clients. We believe that such relations are driven by fairness, reason and benevolence instead of meticulously defined, lengthy Terms and Conditions written in a hard-to-understand legal language.
Therefore, we will not go into too many details here but only highlight a few topics that are especially important for us:
Please check out the info on the classes before subscribing to a class/workshop to make sure that you have the safest and best possible training experience. We (the instructors and the organisations/companies involved in providing classes and workshops) do everything reasonable and in our power to avoid injuries and damage to personal property but neither of us is responsible for cases if they still happen.
We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. If you join us at our classes, events or online, you accept this and refrain from any form of discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, disability, marital or employment status, etc., etc.
If you receive any communication from us, it is because you indicated that you were interested in our activity or you even attended a previous class/event. In any case, feel free to contact us and request either a copy of the information we have about you on record or the complete and final deletion of that data. We only use your data for the purposes of keeping you informed, for legal purposes related to our activity (e.g. in the case of subscriptions to an event/class) and as long as you are ok with it.
Intellectual property rights
We respect intellectual property rights – please do the same.
If something goes wrong
In general, our acts are driven by fairness, reason and benevolence. If yours, too, we can sort out anything: in case of any problems, just contact us. Mistakes can happen, we are open to finding a mutually satisfying solution if something goes wrong either on our or on your side. If inevitable, all disputes concerning the use of the website, our social media pages and our services shall be governed by Luxembourg law, and the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle such disputes.
